What's helpful to have ready.
Rough scope, your suburb, and a couple of photos save us both time. If your switchboard's pre-1990 or you can see ceramic fuses, snap a picture of that too — it changes what we'll quote and which tools come on the first visit.
We're usually on the tools 7am to 3pm, on the phone 6:30am to 7pm. Out of those hours? Send a message — we read SMS faster than email and we'll come back to you in the morning unless it's a genuine emergency.
What we don't do: solar PV install (we recommend a Solar Victoria-listed installer), large industrial switchgear over 250A, fire alarm system commissioning. We can sub those out if you want one point of contact, or refer you direct.
What we do that you might not expect: data and comms cabling, exit and emergency lighting compliance, three-phase upgrades for ducted aircon, EV charger load management for multi-unit sites, and the awkward in-between work on heritage homes that bigger sparkies don't want to touch.

Outside hours? Call anyway — we're always happy to take a call or respond to emergencies if we're available.
